1-Your operating system should be windows XP SP2 or later version.
2-Go to "HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\storageDevicePolices".
3-Now create a DWORD value called WriteProtect and set it to 1.
4-Now your pc USB security will only allow to read USB drives and allow to write to them any more.
